How It Works:

1. Request a Consultation: Reach out via our Contact form or give us a call. Our team will be in touch to discuss your specific needs, provide an estimate, and get your virtual appointment scheduled. (Note: The consultation fee must be paid prior to your appointment).

2. The Live Video Walk-Around: At your scheduled time, you will join a Google Meet link from your smartphone. You'll walk outside and show our consulting arborist your trees, canopy, and soil conditions in real-time, just as if they were right there on the property with you.

3. Optional Advance Submissions: While not required, we encourage you to send over any relevant pesticide records, property plans, or previous photos before our call so we can review your site's history.

4. Soil Testing (Included): We will send you instructions on how to collect a proper soil sample from your property. You are responsible for shipping the sample to us, but your consultation fee fully covers the lab analysis fees.

5. Your Custom Action Plan: Following our live review and the soil lab results, you will receive a documented treatment plan, pruning schedule, or habitat strategy specifically tailored to your property's needs.
